Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives busted or broken, email me at easy.kitchenware@outlook.pt within 7 days, with a couple pics of the mess. I’ll ship you a replacement or refund every penny, your call. No runaround—junk gear doesn’t belong in your kitchen.
Items Lost in Transit
I ship fast with ZhenHub—most orders hit your door in 5-7 days. Things get messy, though—customs, weather, whatever. If it’s been 15 business days past that window (so, 20-22 days total), ping me with your order number. I’ll send a replacement or refund you full, no hassle. You’re not eating delays you didn’t sign up for.
Returns
No returns for “I changed my mind.” I’m a one-man show keeping costs down to ship worldwide—if it’s not defective or lost, it’s yours. My guarantee’s about quality, not buyer’s remorse. You get that.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once ZhenHub confirms delivery to your address, it’s out of my hands. If your package gets swiped or “lost” after drop-off, I’ll give you the tracking, date, and carrier details to chase it down—but I can’t refund or replace it. Check your porch, bug your neighbors, call the carrier. I’ve got your back up to the doorstep, not beyond.
